In the last few years, Louisville has been named the number one place to live and/or raise a family according to Money Magazine and other national media.  It’s also a great place to do business.  Louisville, just six miles east of Boulder, has two major business parks, with a range of buildings for high-end corporate use to research and development industrial operations.  The 400-acre Colorado Technology Center is home to a variety of small and large businesses and developers continue to help build-out the business park.

Louisville’s strong sense of community helps attract its national accolades as a great place to live.  There is a mix of turn-of-the-century charm in the close-in neighborhoods as well as custom homes built around the Coal Creek Golf Course.  The historic downtown features shops, unique restaurants, and quality office space.  Louisville has its own recreations center, sports leagues, dog park and the 18-hole Coal Creek Golf Course.  Coming spring 2013 is the Rocky Mountain Tennis Center, featuring up to 25 courts, fitness center and outdoor swimming pool.
